During school holidays, July and August, Christmas holidays, rentals are only per week.
For rentals of two consecutive weeks, a 5 per cent discount is applied.
May, June, September, autumn and crocus holidays are mid-season.
Electricity, water, gas and wood/charcoal are charged at a flat rate of €65 per night stayed.
